1. Who we are

This website is run by Wartens Ltd (trading as EDWartens UK), company number 15262249, registered office 8 Lyon Road, Milton Keynes MK1 1EX. Contact: info@wartens.com.

2. Using the site

  • You may use the site for your own learning, to find out about our courses, to look for work and, if you hire, to find candidates.
  • Do not misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, upload harmful code, or use it for anything unlawful or misleading.
  • If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

3. Our content

Guides, articles and course pages are general information to help you learn and make decisions. We work to keep them accurate and cite our sources, but they are not professional, legal, immigration or financial advice, and job-market figures change. Please check important details before relying on them. Text, images and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors; you may share links to our pages but not copy substantial parts without permission. Photographs are credited on our image credits page.

4. Links and embedded content

We link to other websites, including edwartens.com and lab.edwartens.com, which are run by the same company, and we embed videos from YouTube. We are not responsible for the content of other companies' sites.

5. Jobs on our job board

  • Some jobs are posted by employers and agencies on our portal; others come from employers' own career sites and job search services such as Adzuna and Reed, and link to the original advert. We check employer accounts, but we do not check every advert and cannot promise any job is still open or accurate. Apply through the original advert where we link to one.
  • Visa sponsorship labels come from the Home Office register of licensed sponsors and the advert's own wording. They are a guide, not a promise that an employer will sponsor you.
  • No genuine employer or agency will ask you to pay to apply for a job or to be considered. If anyone does, do not pay, and tell us.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site available but may suspend or change it, for example for maintenance.

7. Our liability

We are not liable for loss caused by using information on the site, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy and cookies

See our privacy notice and cookie policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
