Fees and payment
Each course has one price, shown including VAT first. There are no extra charges for the learning portal, career support or the certificate. The Professional Module and the AI Module can be started with a deposit; the Siemens and Allen-Bradley Modules are paid in full.

Sums from our own prices: the Professional Module is £513.60 per live day (counting only its 5 live days), the AI Module is £224.00 per month over 12 months' access, and the Siemens and Allen-Bradley Modules are £65.00 per month over 12 months' access. Compared with the UK median full-time gross pay of £39,039 (ONS ASHE 2025, provisional), they are about 3.4, 1.0 and 3.6 weeks of pay (Professional, Siemens or Allen-Bradley, and AI). This says nothing about what you will earn: no course guarantees a job or a salary.

Pay in full
Pay in full by debit or credit card when you enrol: £2,568 for the Professional Module, £780 for the Siemens or Allen-Bradley Module, or £2,688 for the AI Module, all including VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Reserve with a deposit
Pay a £100 deposit to hold your seat, then pay the balance (£2,468) from your portal before your cohort starts; if it is not paid by the start date we may release the seat. On the AI Module a £100 deposit opens Phases 0 and 1, and the balance (£2,588) opens the rest.
Employer pays
If your employer is paying, we can send a VAT invoice. Contact us with the company's details before you enrol.
How to pay
VAT and funding
The prices we show to consumers include VAT at 20%. Wartens Ltd is VAT registered (GB 473020522). A VAT-registered employer can usually reclaim the VAT; their accountant can confirm.
This is a private course, so it is not eligible for Advanced Learner Loans or Skills Bootcamp funding. For routes that are funded, read funded PLC training in England.
Your 14-day right to cancel
- If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day we confirm your booking, without giving a reason, and we refund what you paid.
- Live cohorts: if your cohort starts inside those 14 days, we can only start you if you ask us to, and checkout asks you to confirm that. If you then cancel after it starts, we keep a fair amount for the part already given, in proportion to the whole course. Once the course has been given in full, you can no longer cancel.
- AI Module: the lessons are digital content that opens as soon as you pay, so at checkout you ask for access straight away. If you cancel within 14 days and have not opened any lesson, you get everything back. Once you open a lesson, the right to cancel ends.
- After the 14 days, a live booking cancelled more than 14 days before the cohort starts is refunded minus £50; 7 to 14 days before, half; less than 7 days before or after the start, nothing.
The full rules are in the cancellations and refunds policy, the AI Module terms and the Siemens and Allen-Bradley Module terms. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
