MCC-1 electrical reliability and shutdown plan
For Kelbridge Foods production department (fictional)
Kelbridge's packing hall depends on the chilled water, compressed air and conveyors fed from MCC-1, and its breakdowns have started to repeat. This project keeps MCC-1 safe and reliable: isolations that are checked, faults found from evidence, spares that last and a yearly shutdown planned properly. Done means a maintenance handover pack the next engineer can use without ringing you.

- Check isolation certificates and isolate MCC buckets safely
- Class thermography points and set re-order points for the critical spares
