Report a job, message or profile

Use this form to tell us about a job that asks for money, a scam, a discriminatory advert, a fake job, an unwanted message or anything else that worries you. A person looks at every report, first within 2 working days. You do not need an account, and email is optional.

1. Tell us what is wrong

Fields marked * are required. You do not have to give your name.

Paste the web address of the page if you can. For a message, the name of the sender and the date help.

What happened, what you were asked to do, and anything that helps us check. Please do not send passwords or card numbers.

2. What happens next

  • A person reads every report. We aim to look at it within 2 working days.
  • We may pause the advert, hide the profile or limit messages while we check. We remove content that breaks our acceptable use standards.
  • If you gave an email address, we tell you the outcome. You can appeal a decision, and the complaints procedure covers anything else.
  • Urgent illegal content goes to our online safety contact the same day.

3. Other ways to report

  • If someone is in danger, call 999.
  • Report fraud to Report Fraud (formerly Action Fraud) on 0300 123 2040.
  • Email info@wartens.com with the subject "Online safety".
  • For a complaint about an employment agency, you can also contact the Fair Work Agency.
